If you would like to bring children to Meeting for Worship, we will endeavour to provide age appropriate activities in our beautiful family room. We just need to know in advance, so call the Warden on 01458 446 360 or email [email protected]. We have a small pool of dedicated volunteers who require a couple of days warning.

Children's Meeting is not a class, as Quakers have no creed to teach. It is considered an interactive Meeting for Worship, where children will share their thoughts and experiences with the group, just as happens in the main Meeting. Families who attend Meeting for Worship regularly find the experience spiritually nourishing and life affirming. At Quaker Meetings, we celebrate the unique gifts of each attender, especially those of the children.

We require parents/carers to remain with their child for the first few occasions that they attend. Once they have gained enough confidence to be left, parents/carers would be able to enter the main Meeting.
